Watever NV is breathing new life into the iconic building at 115 Avenue de la Toison d’Or in Brussels. This ambitious renovation project transforms the existing structure into a modern, vibrant, and multifunctional destination where living, working, and leisure come seamlessly together.
The upper floors will feature elegant apartments and stylish hotel rooms, designed for comfort and contemporary city living. On the ground floor, lively commercial spaces will include a restaurant, fitness centre, co-working hub, and boutiques, creating a dynamic place where residents, professionals, and visitors connect.
To ensure the highest technical standards, engineering consultancy Van Reeth has been appointed to design and coordinate all building systems, including HVAC, electrical and sanitary installations, lifting equipment, access control, smoke extraction, sprinkler systems, and rainwater recovery, …
With this project, Watever NV aims to contribute to the urban renewal of Avenue de la Toison d’Or and to shape a sustainable, high-quality, and inspiring living environment in the heart of Brussels.
