P30 Parking tower, Brussels Airport (Zaventem)

Developer: Cordeel NV
Architect: Gortemaker Algra Feenstra

As part of a construction team with Cordeel NV, we contributed to the Design & Build contract for the new P30 parking garage, located at Zaventem Airport. The building was completed at the end of 2025.

This impressive project comprises an 8-story multifunctional parking structure with a capacity of approximately 2,500 vehicles. The top four floors are designated for staff parking. The lower floors serve as a fully-fledged car rental center, integrating counters, pick-up and return zones, and the vehicle fleets of various rental companies. In addition, the building serves as a central hub for scheduled transport, including taxi buses and hotel shuttles.
