As a consulting engineering firm specialized in building services, Van Reeth bv was appointed by the contracting authority to carry out the detailed design study of the technical installations, including the sprinkler system, for the project located at Eversstraat 2 in Brussels.

The project involves the renovation of an existing building into a mixed-use complex, consisting mainly of student housing and commercial spaces on the ground floor.

Using thermal simulations, the indoor climate is analyzed to evaluate the impact of different energy concepts during the design phase. Based on these studies, an integrated concept is developed in which the building and technical systems are perfectly coordinated.

This approach results in high comfort levels, low energy costs, and reduced energy consumption, while optimizing construction costs.
