Van Reeth bv, an engineering firm specializing in specialized engineering systems, was commissioned by the building owner to prepare a study detailing the technical systems as part of the comprehensive renovation of the building, which was previously leased to ENECO.

The client wishes to carry out this renovation without applying for a building permit, thereby preserving the building’s exterior appearance. On the interior, however, extensive insulation will be installed in the facades and floor slab, and the windows and glazing will be completely replaced.
To ensure the building meets current market requirements, all technical systems will be fully upgraded in accordance with applicable norms and standards.
