Developer:<\/strong>\u00a0Lozana Invest NV Our engineering office was commissioned for the refurbishment and technical upgrade<\/strong> of an existing office building with a total surface area of approximately 7.000 m\u00b2<\/strong>. A key part of the project was the installation of a state-of-the-art technical system<\/strong>, including carbon-free energy generation<\/strong>. Thanks to this innovative approach, the building was designed and executed according to the highest sustainability standards<\/strong>, aiming to achieve a BREEAM Excellent certification<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The scope of works included:<\/p>\n Electrical installations: power distribution, high-voltage cabins, fire detection, and access control<\/p>\n<\/li>\n HVAC: heating, ventilation, and cooling<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Sanitary installations and wet fire main<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Lifts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n EPB and BREEAM certification<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The renovated building was completed in the summer of 2025<\/strong>, offering a future-proof, energy-efficient workplace<\/strong> that meets the highest technical and ecological standards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Voor de verwarming van het Koninklijk pakhuis zal men overschakelen van gasverwarming naar warmtepompinstallaties en voor koeling van de aangevoerde lucht naar de kantoren.<\/p>
